I never had an opportunity to play football on a team, and would really enjoy a rec style football league. Flag football is ok, but i would really like a tackle league. Also, does anyone know if you can be a walk on tryout for an arena football team?

i am planning on joining the football team next year and I was wondering what position my body would be built for. I am 13, 5′ 11”, and 128 pounds. I am good at throwing a decent spiral and sprinting short distances, I am also good at stoping the running back and covering receivers. I am planning on starting to go to the gym weekly with my mom to put on some muscle.

Almost every highschool football player I have seen is built with big solid muscle. How do they all gain muscle so fast? What are their workouts and diets like?

What do the college and pro footballs teams put on their football helmets to make then shiny?

I am a freshman at a d-1 football school competing in c-usa and i play wr. I have had the same problem every year in high school and I am having it again in college, durability. We just had our first game of the season and completed fall camp and already my vertical is down 1-2 inches and I am far less explosive. I feel tight alot of the time and I was wondering if anyone had some remedies besides just stretching that will get me feeling limber and loose again?

Question. What hosting site do you prefer and why? What sites to avoid?

Our only criteria right now is that initially, we want a free site. Also, one that caters to newbies is probably preferred, since we might not know what we’re doing for awhile.
