How can I get ready over the winter for the upcoming football season?
I will be starting High School in the fall, and I want to join the football team. I haven’t played in 2 years but did play for 4 years before that. I mostly played OL and DL but I’m not sure if i’m big enough for that position in High School.
What are some good weight lifting routines/ exercises that I can do before football camp in the summer?
