When a football club is looking to sign a new player. Who within the football club has the responsiility of contacting that players agent/management and dealing with the contract negotiation?
I know the players have agents who deal with this for them, but who does it for the football clubs?

Why do most Celtic fans support Sinn Fein and the IRA? Why do most Rangers fan support the DUP and the UDA? I just want to know how football leaked into politics, war, and religion. Football is supposed to be a good, clean, fun, sport. Not the international board of fighting over ethics. What kind of sportsmanship is that?

There’s no denying that Scottish football has undergone a rapid decline over the last few years. And now with the Scottish League dropping below the Belgian League, Rangers and Celtic are now facing the fact that in reality, Scottish football probably won’t have a Champions League representative from 2011 onwards.

Can Scottish football recover from this? Or is it just a matter of time now before lack of finances and skill takes its toll and the level of football drops down to the level of the Welsh and Irish leagues?

Im sure that in football in Scotland you used to only get 2 points for a win, not 3.
Can someone please tell me when they changed it to 3 points for a win, with a source if you can, as it is to settle a bet.
