Corey D asked:

I have low self-confidence, and am playing football next year. Also, what physical condition do you need to be in to play middle school football? I am naturally strong but am afraid i wont be able to make it through practices.

Before you even think about playing football, you have to have confidence, without it, you’re gone. You have to commit, you get what you work for. Work hard. Believe in yourself, and you can do ANYTHING. No matter what people say. Shawn N

For middle school football as long as you are %100 sure that you want to play you will make it, being able to run a mile in decent time might help you but for middle school football they usually dont expect anyone to come in in exceptional shape tyler
