How can I build muscle in my thighs for football?
I am 14 years old, I weight 150 pounds, I want to be ready for sophomore football in August. Are there any exercises that I can do from now until then so that I can be ready?
I have my diet covered, so I only need exercises. I am already doing cardio an hour a day, so muscle building is what I am mainly looking for.

DO squats with weights which is big in football,you can do dumbell lunges,use a leg press machine. These muscles are really easy to work I aslo highlysuggest going to the gym where they have the right machines to properly work your legs and people there to show you how to do them. BUT SQUATTING HELPS WITH SPEED/EXPLOSIVENESS. Albt25
Squats at as much as you can handle for 6 set of 8 reps and leg press. trey
