How can I get the body of a football player?

I am 19 years old, and my height is 5′8. I am a full-time college student and I work in retail partt-time; so my freetime is limited. I am working-out my biceps and my triceps by weightlifting, and I am gaining some muscle. How can I get the abs of a football player? That’s my main problem. What type of foods does football players eat daily or weekly?

    You need to do compound exercises if you don’t have a ton of time. Try squats, power cleans, arnold presses, ramracks, and benchpress. To put on weight I would get a protein shake mix to add into your normal diet to add calories that you will be burning. Prof. PM

    Biceps and Triceps are not as important as shoulder, chest, leg,
    and such workouts for a football player. My suggestion is unless you are training to play football, don’t workout to be a football player.

    Go to football practice.
    They’ll work you a*s off.
    I’m a football player and I eat and drink like everyone else, except soda.
    My coach always says not to drink soda and NO junk food at all, maybe once a week is good, but other than that no junk food. Maybe that how you can get abs the fastest way. bruce w
