How can I watch Premier League football living in Japan?

I hear this year, JSky B are undecided about showing premier league football. If it transpires that they will not broadcast any, how may I watch? Is there a rival company who are planning to broadcast? How about via the Internet?
Any reasonable suggestions welcome.

    dL via bittorent. for more instruction on dL-ing bittorent:
    go to and dL bittorent
    then when it is dLed, go to any of these sites;
    and type the thing u wanna watch.
    make sure it already premierd though.
    give it one day.
    =]
    then when u find the file, click it, dL it, and it will go straight to your Bittorent downLoader program =]
