Liverpool's ground. They haven't under pitch heaters to stop them getting too icy and wet in winter thus allowing a better playing surface. The groundsmen have a bigger job in the club now, a lot more care goes into them. Groundsmen are so important that Real Madrid bought Arsenal's recently! Its all just about the care of the pitch really and a bit of technology. They go round even at half time making sure the pitch is even.
