    You don’t want to know.

    They work out really hard, hours daily and in most cases have the very latest of equipment.

    You would have to put you bed up on stilts to fold it all away and slip under the bed, as most of the ads say LoL.

    I do sit ups on a incline bench with a 10 lb weight held behind my head. sounds light but its a workout! also try leg lifts, crunches, bycycles and anything else you can think of. like i tell everyone else, there is no magical workout you just have to put in the time.
