How do I run a fantasy football league offline?
There are 12 of us that want to organize a fantasy football league with a live draft at my house, but I am unsure of how to keep everything in order as the commissioner if we are all in person instead of online.

u dont. that is impossible. u have 2 b ONline! Mike
the best and most fun drafts are held the old-fashioned way, in person. every year we turn our draft into an all-day party of wiffle ball, poker, playing some toothpick in the swimming pool, then the draft, like we’re a bunch of kids at a birthday party. it takes a little extra time to enter the draft results later, but it’s worth it. even if you don’t make it an all-day thing, there’s nothing better than heckling each other’s picks in person, and watching one (or more) of the owners have a few beers too many and seeing his team and season suffer. any league (Yahoo, ESPN, or subscription-based) allows you to enter offline results. then you’re set to go.
you have a few choices to keep results in order: get draft boards or a laptop and projector and put right into spreadsheet, or the hand-written route where you give everyone 2 sheets to fill in their picks- 1 to turn in to the commish, and 1 to keep for themselves. just make sure you get some kind of copy or reference so you can enter results into the computer later. have fun and good luck.
