How do I tie a football jersey up in the back?

It’s football season, and I want to wear my Colts jerseys, but they are all super big on me. I’ve seen girls wear jerseys and big t-shirts where they are rolled up or tied or something in the back, so they’re short and tight around the midriff. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do this so it stays up. What’s the trick?

its so easy i do it all the time the trick is to rubber band them and then simply tuck the little tail under you can even get colored rubber bands or hair ties so they match your clothes tabitha_perry2000
