    I believe it to be about flexibility you should stretch that arm eveyday, and the shoulder also as that acts as the pivot. Give it a-go, 4 sets of 8-10 secs of 5 reps per day. remember to stretch the other arm as well or one arm will be longer than the other!!! gus1399

    I used to play baseball and what worked for me was to throw standing on my knees at practice, it sounds weird but it worked buddy1
