How do I use Sopcast to watch football games?

So I have the program Sopcast but am unsure how I actually watch football games on it. I know you go to like the p2p websites and click a link to play it but it doesn’t seem to work. Can someone please explain to me how I use this program, and where I can find football games?

    Open your eyes and look in the general direction of whatever you’re watching it on………..geez MĚŦĦ mõŭŜē™♂

    if you are on vista you need to copy the link and paste it in the box at the top in Sopcast .
    footballl games on need to sign up and post once to see the links its good website cant wait to see the raiders game on there
