How to get out of breath at football practice?
I am 12 years old and I play on a football team. I play fullback and i am very good but i keep getting out of breath at football and my legs give up and they feel really weird.
Why is this happening what should I do to change it?

i used to have the same problem. you just have to work at it and get your stamina better. you should run around your block everyday to get into better shape. once your legs get used to running you wont have that problem any more BBB
just do cardio training to help your lungs cope with you running.
then ensure you have plenty of carbohydrate rich drinks during training like gatorade etc.
also do squats and lunges say 300 squats and 100 lunges on each leg every 3 days which will help build up your leg strength ?
