I am 12 years old and I play on a football team. I play fullback and i am very good but i keep getting out of breath at football and my legs give up and they feel really weird.
Why is this happening what should I do to change it?

You just need to get stronger, get into better shape. Try more running and get in the weight room, drink more water before practice. WestCoastin4Life

My son played youth football. Practices were 3 nights per week and on Saturday mornings. He felt out of breach early in the season, however that changed as his stamina built up. If this continues on into the season you need to mention this to your parents and coach and possibly see your doctor just to rule out any underlying medical condition. Genie B
