How well do American football gloves work if I am a keeper in soccer?
Would they work better or worse than regular goalkeeper ones? Football gloves appear to have MUCH more grip.

football gloves are fantastic in soccer, the only problem is they don’t increase the surface area of your hands like soccer gloves. Sev_squad
True, they do have more grip than keeper gloves but as a keeper gripping the ball isnt the point.
The point of keeper gloves is to make your hand larger and give you some padding for the boots that will get blasted at you. IMO, get some keeper gloves. They are made different for a reason. Logan S
