I have never played Football before and i want to start in High School, what do i do?
Ok, i have never played football on a team or anything and i want to learn how to play. I was thinking i could try out for running back because I am pretty fast and i have good endurance too. I am 15, i weigh 142 pounds, and Im 5′8. Im a pretty meaty guy, i have a lot of leg muscle because i play soccer, but i need some more muscle on the upper end. What should i do?

The more you weightlift the better alot of power cleans, squats , deadlifts, jerks, military press, and bench. make sure you have a healthy diet and work your ass off, do what ever it takes. good luck. Evan

You don’t do anything. Just go to the first practice and do it. T
If you’re a soccer player, your endurance should be pretty good, which is a plus. However, as mentioned above, football hurts. Can you take a beating? Haha.
You better bulk up all across the board to make sure your set.
