Yes. Watch this guy

Yes, it would help a lot. However, video is not a replacement for other types of practice. It should be done in addition to whatever you are doing to prepare.
You could pick up some moves just by watching. Generally watching video like this can help improve your overall feel and playing instincts. I’m amazed by how many people try to play a sport without ever watching how pros or college players do it.
It would also be very helpful to find moves that you specifically want to copy. Watch those over and over, slow them down, and then practice them yourself. Break them down into steps and then work on them until you can do the move smoothly. If you have time, try them out on a friend or practice partner.
Careful though. In actual gameplay, if you stop and think about a particular move you will get crushed. They have to be instinctual in game situations. That comes by practice the move until it becomes second nature and then letting it happen at game time.
Good luck!
BTW- choose a running back that fits your style. Earl Campbell was great- but he was very powerful. Check out Barry Sanders and Walter Payton for more great old school running backs. toady
It might give you motivation of what you want to do this season, but let’s say you watch barry sanders, after watching him I would go outside and just practice the cuts and the moves he does on a daily basis. DeShaunA
Yes it would, actually. Then go out and run hills. Sprint up, walk down. Second week Sprint up, jog down…etc. Footballher10
