I am the commissioner of my fantasy football league and we want to do a live draft. However, some people in the league won’t be available when we’re doing the draft. Will the computer just default to their rankings, or will the draft stop until they make a pick?

Yes The computer will pick the best available player for them. Sam

If they’re not logged in the computer will automatically select a pick for them. If you’re doing your draft through yahoo it will select the best available player based upon yahoo’s fantasy player rankings. Same with any other league, the rankings just may be different. Matt

you need to let them know that if they can’t be online for the live draft, they need to adjust their pre-draft rankings. that way their picks will be based on which player is available on his own list. it’ll basically be an automatic draft for them. rulyg
