What to expect and how to prepare for high school football conditioning?
Im 14 years old, 5′7, 180 pounds, and becoming a freshman 3 months. I want to know what to expect and how to prepare for football conditioning. Theres lots o fast and athletic people doing this too and i want to be able to compete at their level. I need help on improving endurance and stamina. I only have a jump rope and dumbbells to try and workout. Plz help.

Why do football players think they deserve all this respect?
I play soccer, and we share the football field for conditioning, and whenever they walk on the field they spit at us, call us faggots, and sometimes kick the balls away. We have tried to get into it with them several times, but our coach just punishes us, and the football coach doesn’t do anything about it. Why do these football players think they are better than everyone else??
EDIT: The football field is also the soccer field, we play our games on the same field.

I start football conditioning tommarow and its from 1:45 pm to 5 pm and i was wondering what i should eat before i go and how long before?
