How to survive wear and tear of football season?
I am a freshman at a d-1 football school competing in c-usa and i play wr. I have had the same problem every year in high school and I am having it again in college, durability. We just had our first game of the season and completed fall camp and already my vertical is down 1-2 inches and I am far less explosive. I feel tight alot of the time and I was wondering if anyone had some remedies besides just stretching that will get me feeling limber and loose again?

Is watching football important to be a good player?
Im going to be a freshman this year and I play running back. This is going to be my 2nd year of football. My dad always talks to me about how I should watch the game and this and that but I dont understand how just watching it helps so much. He acts like I do nothing at all when the only thing I dont do is watch the game. I dont see how it can help so much by just watching them play when you can actually go practice yourself. So is it as important as he says it is?
How can I prepare to be a running back for sophomore football?
I am a freshman, but I did not play football this year. I am about 5′ 9.5″- 5′ 10″, I weight about 140 lbs, I would like to know what I must work on to be a running back next year, like how much I should be able to bench, how fast of a mile time, or how tall I should be and how to improve on such things, also any helpful drills to do or something similar. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

How can I become a better tight end in football?
I have never played football for an actual team, but i know everything about the game. The only position that i wish i could be on is tight end. I am 5′11” and 190 pounds. Is this too big to be a tight end? Im a freshman now in high school and i plan to play next year. What could i do over the winter and then in the summer to improve myself.

How do i become a college or pro football coach?
I am a freshman at UD and i would like to become a football coach. Next year i will be a coach at a near by high school. I was wondering what the top schools were for this and how do i go about reaching my goal.
What is the best size for a Sophomore football tight end?
I am 5′9” and 195 pounds right now. I am also a freshman now and i plan on planning football for the team next year. I fear that i am too small to be a tight end, but this is the only position i dream of playing, Should i gain weight and muscle or hope i grow a few more inches.
What Football Position am I best Suited For?
I’m a freshman in highschool and I’ve been playing football since seventh grade. I’m 6′2 and 165 lbs with a medium body frame. The thing is, right now I play on both offensive and defensive line. I enjoy playing as a defensive end, but playing as an offensive tackle isn’t exactly the most exciting position. Keep in mind I’m not very big because of height. My coach wants me to put on weight and play only on offensive line next year, so I want to change my offensive position before then. I’ve wanted to have a position that handles the ball, but my acceleration and foot speed isnt that great because of really long legs. Im open to anything right now. If you have any ideas, please post, Id really like to know.

How do I get used to wearing a football helmet?
I’m a freshman in high school and this is my first year playing football in pads and everything. I play wide receiver, but I drop a lot of my passes because I’m not used to wearing a football helmet. The bars of the facemask are always in my way. I even got my facemask changed to the one with very few bars to try to cut down on this. How do I get used to it? Any drills or anything?
