A lot of football players wear a strap that almost looks like a tourniquet on their biceps. Can anyone tell me what this is, and what it’s purpose is?

I see a lot of players (like steve smith for example) that attended a JUCO before going pro. Are they mainly football oriented? Anything you can tell me about how these work will help greatly. Thanks!

What is the best way to drop someone from your Fantasy Football League?

alex372467 asked:

I have a friend, lets just call him “Justin”. This is his first year playing Fantasy Football, and he is causing a lot of problems within the league. He gets way too emotional, and takes it all way too seriously. He doesn’t trade, gets offended when you offer to trade players, and man-cries whenever he loses a week or we talk smack about the players he starts.

So my question is this: When we start the league next year, Do I lie and tell Justin that we aren’t playing Fantasy Football anymore? Or do I take the harsher path and tell him he can’t play in our league?

I see that plyometric exercises and (I admit) ballet do help me play in football a lot. I feel as if there are many other kinds of training programs that could benefit my body and my football skills. Any suggestions that could help?
