How to watch NCAA football games live over the internet in good quality ?

I know there are different teams in each game, but what else? Gameplay or something? Features?

Can anyone join a practice squad for an NCAA football team, or do I have to be picked or drafted to be on one? I’m eligible to play, but I haven’t been around football for a good 6 years, and know I would need to start off low to get the feel for the game again. The practice squad seems like a perfect route, but I have no idea what it takes to make it on one. Any information would be appreciated!

Is this under NCAA rules or some other rogue league? Does anyone know the rules well enough to show how a 59 year old can still play college ball?

Imagine what would happen if a football team recruited a bunch of 20-30 something year olds in top physical condition which just missed playing at the NFL level.

Is it related to the post-grad program? Do they fix kids grades or make them smarter so they can be NCAA eligible? Is the football team a big deal so they bring in the older kids or something? Do they have to pay or are they on scholarship?

What will it take and how long will it be before there is a playoff implemented. I understand it’s a money issue from the Presidents’ point of view, but how long will people take college football seriously as it stands now? The last couple of years have seen controversy, but it was warranted controversy. The teams in question were still good. This year however, favoritism and popularity contests have really come to the surface with the USC ranking after their loss to the 40-point underdog Cardinals of Stanford. They have played a mediocre schedule to date and managed to lose to a non-contender and still stay in the top 10 while Michigan plummeted completely out of the top 25 with a single loss. To add insult to injury, this unproven USC squad is ranked ahead of teams with one quality loss or none at all. This kind of absurdity really takes ALL of the seriousness out of college football. Instead of allowing competitive kids to settle it on the field, it becomes a high school election.

I know this is a video game question but I figure football lovers will know more about football than gamers.
