How does the Oakland Coliseum transform from its baseball seating to its football seating?

I was looking at pictures of the Coliseum and I can’t figure out where the football seats, that are supposed to be in the outfield of the baseball seating, go… Are they folded up secretly somewhere like the Metrodome in Minneapolis?
