How can I convince her that football is tougher than soccer?

My friend is from Brazil and moved here a few years ago. She tells our friends that soccer is so much tougher than football and soccer players are more athletic and its more dangerous. She also likes football and says that they’re not as talented or as skillful as soccer players. I told her soccer players don’t get injured as often and there injuries aren’t like the ones football players get. How can I convince her that football players are more tougher than soccer players?
