What exercises do professional football players do?
I am 15 years old. I’d like to be a professional football player like Kaka or Fabregas. What exercises shall I do? Please help, thanks in advance.

Premiership football players are in VERY good condition.
They do a lot of cardio (Heart exercises) for endurance. Running machines/cycling/swimming.
They use weights machines for leg strengthening, And last but not least there diet is tip top A1,NO junk food. truthmerchant
