    Premiership football players are in VERY good condition.
    They do a lot of cardio (Heart exercises) for endurance. Running machines/cycling/swimming.
    They use weights machines for leg strengthening, And last but not least there diet is tip top A1,NO junk food. truthmerchant

    Stretch every day, then run every day for a while to get fitter. The more games you play, the better you will become. But 15 might be a bit too late to focus on going professional, unless you want to try join a youth academy. Tones ♥’s Arsenal
