    Hey Man i was in the same situation as you here’s what i did. First off you need to eat alot more than you usually do right now about 2x more. I suppose in your high school you have a weight room? If you do work out there at least 4 times a week for 1hr. Eating a shitload of food and working out will help build muscle which= more weight. Make sure you do alot of cardio heart exercies if you plan on being offense at least 30min a day. Running will help build stamina and sculpt 6-pack no lie. Have alot of protein in your diet and eat lots of meat! Drink water not gatorade, powerade shit like that. francisco a
