What is a good exercise for getting ready for football?

    Hit the weight room hard. Do squats, bench press, cleans, and dead lift. Sprints and agility drills are key too. Smithy

    Gosh man you need to run alot. run everyday, jump rope. Use your mind, we didn’t have computers in the 1930’s so people had to think of stuff.
