    Your best bet is BSN True Mass. Probably the best thing you can take…period. FULL of protein and carbs. I have used the stuff and gained alot of mass, and it tasted great! shh

    Whey protein is the best natural gainer.
    Get if from pharmacy, health food store, vitamin shoppe etc.
    Drink one with breakfast, one right after working out and one before bed (the last one not everybody like or need to take) Natalie
