What is the BEST way to Cut Weight for Football and Wrestling?

It is Mid-July and I gotta drop wieght for football and then for wrestling. I am 5′3 weighing like 140. I wanna go to like 130 or even 125. Football training camp is in three weeks and the season is in seven. Help me give me some sort of regiment. I do push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and dips every day.

    well if your going to football camp you should loose weight but also gain weight also
    fat is not as dence as muscle so if you work out alot you will get skinner but you will prolly gain muscle weight, the best way to loose weight and not gain muscle weight is when your in football camp(or your very active like 2 hours of exercise a day or every other day)
    eat just carbs,
    carbs create energy and it makes it so your not tired on the field, if you arent that active do not eat just carbs, if the carbs arent used up in exercise it is made into fat, so eat smart
    like lots of fruits and vegies and make sure you are drinking 7-9 glasses of water a day that helps your stomach stay fuller so when you do eat its not much, well and water is the best thing for your body

    Why are they making you LOSE weight?
    They should be making you build more muscle than actually losing weight?
    I’m a female and they made ME do that.

    you dont want to lose weight u want to lose fat. eat well ,healthy dont over eat just till ur satisfied, regular exersise like jogs, walks, continue working out. To lose fat it about 80% nutrition and 20% exersise so ur not going to lose fat if u just work out u need to eat good, you’ll gain muscle but still be chubby

    start weightlifting and build muscle cuz muscle builds more calories than fat
