What is your opinion of women playing full contact football?

I want your honest opinion if it would be something you would watch. I play for a women’s football team in Wisconsin and would like to get a better feel of what football fans think.

    Y’all should finish your plays. Every time I’ve seen it people are jogging or even walking on plays. You can’t even finish a tackle, it just ends up in a scrum.

    I want to see people get hit, blown up, dragged down, flipped in mid-air – all that. Every play, every time. Eben_Sucks

    I think it’s the last bastian for men and I’d like to see it stay that way. We have to have SOMETHING that doesn’t involve women so we can get the hell away for a while. PLEASE leave pro football to men. I’m sure there are women who could play it, but I personally wouldn’t like to see it. Cheauvanistic? YUP. There should NEVER be a WNFL. Just leave us men ALONE to watch football with our boys. We get enough of you women from tuesday to saturday; allow us to scratch ourselves, drink beer, and eat fatty foods.     if women were to play football and have a league…it would be awesome at first, then injuries would be going faster than free hot cakes. Im not sure if this is somethin i would be willin to watch. besides, most girls hate football and thats a good thing G-Man

    That would be really cool! If there was a NFL Womans league. That would be sweet. When the NFL Mens league is over, football starts for the Womens league. There could be the same team names, but a lady in front of it, like the Lady Titans, or Lady Colts. The NFL Would make a lot more money, and it would be fun to enjoy and watch. I think it would be sweet! I would watch it, it might take a little bit of time to get used to, but I bet it maybe could become as fun to watch as NFL!

    I would rather the women good enough to play with boys play in the NFL vs. having your own league.

    For instance, in basketball, I would watch Candice Parker and Lisa Leslie (a few years back) play with the men, because they’re good enough, but I’m not going to watch a lot of the WNBA.

    There is a WPFL and I’ve been to a couple of games because I knew the guys officiating it. They can’t run as fast, not as strong, can’t throw as far. They are not as good of athletes as most HS varsity players.

    Basically, it’s like watching an average to good high school JV game. Rob B

    I am a fan of women’s full contact football. I have been to a few games and can say that you women can play. Some of the girls need to hit much harder, granted I don’t wanna see anyone hurt but there are more crazy hits on the Men’s than women. Aren’t ya’s suppose to have a higher pain threshold?

    All in all, I hope that the future does finally bring an actual pro league for women. nyfootball
