Ramman asked:

Like is the point guard the quarterback in football and the catcher in baseball? If he is then, then who is the center when comparing these sports? Which position is more important considering everything equal in talent?

  1. stay based (majin buu) says:

the point guard is like the quarterback and the pitcher. they run shiet.
the catcher and the wide receiver would b centers stay based (majin buu)

  2. cap says:

pitcher or QB, no doubt about it cap

  3. Larkin says:

That would depend on the point guard. Alot of teams utilize the premiere shooting guard (i.e. Kobe, Jordan) as the feature player. Many teams use the small forward (i.e. Melo, Lebron, Pierce). Alot of teams just use the PG as another shooter to spread the floor, and share the responsibility of bringing the ball up and getting into sets.

Now, Chauncey Billups, CP3, Rondo (as of this year), Nash (in the past), etc….these guys would equate to QB and pitcher in the other sports. Larkin
