What should be my weekly workout to get in shape for football?

I can workout everyday except i dont usually on the weekends. So, what should be my schedule? I have a bench and some dumbells and i will run, ride my bike, jump rope for cardiacs. Plus, I have AT at school every Mon, Wed, and Fri. So yeah those are the days I would like to do a little bit of lifting and alot of cardiacs so yeah. Please help cause I wanna get in shape and strong for football this summer!
