What should my workout routine be for a football free safety? I will go through any intense workout?

Right now my bench max is 125, my squat max is 135, my incline max is 105, my power clean max is 95. As you can tell I am weak. I also can only run a 14.2 100m sprint. I weigh 125 and I’m 5′7″. I have 2 years and 3 months before senior year football. How can I become the best football player I can by then?

Honestly ur pretty fast but probably not gonna be able to handle the toughness of a safety at your weight. So u should probably take weight training class in school if possible, since september ive been in 1 at school and i’ve improved my bench 60 lbs, my squat 90 lbs, and my power clean 90 lbs. You have to bulk up to play starting free safety on varsity. If you can’t take a weight training class, join a gym and start benching, squatting and other core workouts on a regular basis. Your current bench is good for your weight but the squat could be a lot better. Im sure the football team works out in sessions so that could help.
The best thing to do right now is lower body workouts such as squats, deadlift, and leg press. good luck with football. Shayor R
