I start football conditioning tommarow and its from 1:45 pm to 5 pm and i was wondering what i should eat before i go and how long before?
And if u have any tips for football conditiioning plz tell.

    Plenty of water starting from the night before …
    keep water with you during conditioning…

    Morning of AND 30 minutes prior – a banana is a great energy source.
