People in my neck of the woods load up on carbs. This may be the night before. Lots of pasta. jhamlin15

Heaps of pasta and potatos. And if you can get Kangaroo then eat that as well. No fat and full of protein. SnowKid

We had a footballer in Australia some years ago, who filled up on bananas before a game. He said it was a great energy boost. Cricketer Brett Lee also is a banana eater, he has banana smoothies in the lunch break to get him through the long afternoons play. Bingalee

thats probably the best thing you can have. Its not heavy (like eggs/bacon), it has carbs for energy, and it sticks to you so that your not starving while your still playing.
    Touchdown! Amanda
