Me asked:

A guy that’s like my little bro is very into football and I’d like to help him some how. Should I get like a football strategy book? Is there anything that can help him train? He’s also working on gaining weight right now.

Steroids? Ha ha just kidding. I’m not sure, I guess it depends on which position he wants to play. If he wants to play quarterback you should try and get him one of those things you see at carnivals where you throw a football into those holes so he can work on his throw accuracy or something. Good luck! squrillyboy

It depends on his age. In the next few months there should be some types of clinics he could attend. You can check out camps at the local high school or Universities. Books and videos are also great ideas. Check out sportskool.com, they have some cool links and some training aids. Hank B
